3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

rd77 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. This may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through support. rd77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Transactions may only be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at rd77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total balance). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus benefits (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or creating specific betting patterns) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account closed.

5.4 Promotional Terms

Separate terms may apply to each promotion and offer. rd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Please read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before participating.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rd77 platform:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes or assisting third parties to do so
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automation software
• Colluding with other players or manipulating games
• Copying, republishing, or commercially using any platform content
• Playing under a false identity or using another person's account

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and full forfeiture of all balances.

7.1 Random Number Generator

7.2 Technical Issues
